For this project, a conceptual landscape plan and construction documentation were prepared for the historic Culbertson Mansion, a Second Empire home built in 1867 in New Albany, Indiana. The project scope of work consisted of the renovation to the original iron fence and limestone walls, stairs, realignment and repair of brick paver walks, lawn areas and new landscape plantings. The landscape design is elegant but simplified through use of native perennials, ornamental grasses and other low maintenance planting material.
