The project involved siting of a new dormitory facility. New site elements designed by Landstory included: outdoor sitting areas, drop-off areas and parking, low-maintenance native planting area, miscellaneous signage, and lighting. Retention areas and bioswales as part of a large, new parking lot were designed to mitigate storm run-off and minimize need for a subsurface drainage system.
